1 King Bed (Private Bedroom): Spacious and plush, perfect for a restful night's sleep.

1 King Bed (Loft)

2 Twin Beds (Loft): Cozy and comfortable, ideal for additional guests or children.

Kitchen: Fully equipped with all the essentials to prepare your favorite meals.

1 Full Bathroom with everything you need to refresh after a day of exploring.

Sound Bar: Enhance your relaxation with your favorite music.

Amenities:

Hot Tub: Relax under the stars in your private hot tub.

Firepit: Gather around the firepit for evening stories and marshmallow roasting.

Wood-Burning Fireplace: Enjoy the warmth and ambiance of a crackling fire inside (Seasonal from October - March).

Seasonal Use of Paddle Boats: During the warmer months, take advantage of paddle boats for a fun adventure on the water

Check-in begins at 4pm. Check-out is 11am. Early checks-ins or late check-outs are available for $25/hr. On Friday and Saturday a 2-night minimum booking is required. For Holidays a 3-night minimum booking is required. 1-night bookings are accepted for weeknights only (Su-Th).

Nightly Rate $250
Cleaning fee $160.
State & Local Taxes 15.3%.
Insurance Fee - $99.
EV Charging Available at $10 per day for duration of the stay (eg 3 nights =$30).
Pet Fee is $80 per pet. (Nonrefundable).
