The Hobbit House (above ground) is a fantasy come to reality! This one of a kind find is located here in the Shenandoah, VA "Shire" at Cabins at Deer Run.

 

You will feel like you have stepped into a special magical place as soon as you walk through the door! Super special attention to details and little touches that will surprise you and delight you!

 

The upstairs space has a dreamy king size bed, a sitting area and an amazing tiled shower. The downstairs has the trundle bed pull out that doubles as a comfy couch during the day.

Prices are based on 4 person occupancy. Additional guests are $25 per night per person. Check in is after 4pm, check out is 11am. At this time we cannot offer early check in or later check out. We require a 2 night minimum booking on weekends and 3 night minimum for Holiday bookings. 1 Night bookings are accepted for weeknights only.
