The Hobbit House (above ground) is a fantasy come to reality! This one of a kind find is located here in the Shenandoah, VA "Shire" at Cabins at Deer Run.

You will feel like you have stepped into a special magical place as soon as you walk through the door! Super special attention to details and little touches that will surprise you and delight you!

The upstairs space has a dreamy king size bed, a sitting area and an amazing tiled shower. The downstairs has the trundle bed pull out that doubles as a comfy couch during the day.

Check-in is after 4pm. Check-out is 11am. No early checks-ins or late check-outs are available. On weekends a 2-night minimum booking is required. For Holidays a 3-night minimum booking is required. 1-night bookings are accepted for weeknights only.

Nightly Rate $279 (Based on 2 Guests).
Additional Guests $25 per night per guest.
Cleaning fee $150.
State & Local Taxes 15.3%.
Insurance Fee - $59.
EV Charging Available at $10 per day.
Pet Fee $80 per pet. (Nonrefundable).
Maximum of 2 Pets (Under 50 lbs each).
