Check-in is after 4pm. Check-out is 11am. No early checks-ins or late check-outs are available. On weekends a 2-night minimum booking is required. For Holidays a 3-night minimum booking is required. 1-night bookings are accepted for weeknights only.

Spotted Fawn Dining Area Spotted Fawn Dining area - table will expand to seat 10-12 guests.	Spotted Fawn Kitchen The Kitchen area is open to the rest of the downstairs.	Spotted Fawn Downstairs Master The downstairs master bedroom is located just off of the living room area. It has a King size bed, tv, its own bathroom and large closet.
Spotted Fawn Downstairs Master Bath This bathroom is located in the master bedroom.	Spotted Fawn Spiral Stairs The beautiful spiral staircase leads up to the loft area and 2 other bedrooms and 2 baths.	Spotted Fawn Loft Area This area can be used for boardgames and Wii competition until its time for bed. Both Twin Bunks have a pull out full size bed.
